Jamie Beaulieu oversees a portfolio of over 2,200 apartments of multi-family housing including both family and elderly communities. He directs the management of operating budgets for twelve properties, meets with investors and property owners, monitors rental and maintenance operations, and ensures resident and customer satisfaction. A graduate of Bridgewater State College with a degree in Business Administration, Jamie earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2009. He has been a dedicated member of Corcoran Management since 2003.
Christopher Butkovich is a graduate of Merrimack College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. He joined Corcoran Management in 2000 and has held the title of Portfolio Director since 2017. With a portfolio consisting of 2,100 apartments, Christopher manages the daily rental and maintenance operations, oversees budgeting, communicates with investors and owners, and promotes a community spirit and atmosphere for a diverse group of 7 multifamily market and subsidized apartment communities. In 2007, Christopher was honored with the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM).
As a member of the Corcoran team since 1998, Brian Gallagher has specialized in both market and affordable communities in the multi-family industry and has also supervised retail space. In supervising his 11 properties, Brian works to maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors, oversees property finances, supervises rental and maintenance operations, and promotes a high standard of living for his residents. Brian is a graduate of Boston College with a degree in Management. He earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Erik Lawrence joined CMC in 2003. He is a graduate of Salem State College with a degree in Business Administration. He manages a portfolio consisting of market rate and affordable apartment communities, condominiums, and commercial spaces. Erik oversees the operations and finances of 11 properties and works closely with owners, investors, and board members. He has earned the designations of Certified Professional of Occupancy from NEAHMA as well as Certified Property Manager (CPM) from IREM.
Justin Young began his career with Corcoran Management in 1996. Since that time he has expanded his portfolio to 14 residential communities and over 100,000 square feet of commercial space. In working with a diverse multifamily portfolio featuring market-rate and affordable apartment communities, Justin has managed relations with third-party owners and investors, working especially closely with the Boston Housing Authority. He manages his properties' day-to-day rental and maintenance operations, fulfills financial and budgeting obligations, and promotes a safe, community atmosphere for all residents. A graduate of Assumption College, Justin earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 2006.
