Corcoran’s marketing team has developed and implemented digital and print media marketing strategies to promote the Corcoran brand as well as each Corcoran-managed apartment community, both market rate and affordable.
The marketing team employs both tried-and-true and cutting-edge methods to advertise communities through diverse mediums including printed marketing pieces, internet listing services, geo-targeted advertising, and social media promotions. Our property photography package includes high resolution stills, digitally-enhanced virtual models, and 360-degree video tours. In 2013, our new state-of-the-art website was launched, providing apartment hunters with a simple yet inviting rental experience.
Our leasing teams are trained in customer service etiquette and excel at turning phone conversations into conversion opportunities, providing prompt responses to e-mail inquiries, and giving apartment tours that offer our guests a memorable experience. A third-party that assesses our team’s leasing skills has awarded us “superior” ratings every quarter over the last eight quarters.
