Forty two brand new apartment homes in the Town of North Andover are to be available for move ins. The community of Stevens Corner is located at the corner of Park Street and Osgood Street. With renovations and additions to the former building, the Stevens Corner apartment homes will include one bedrooms, two bedrooms and three bedrooms available to renters whose household income is at or below 60% of the area median income.

Rental Information
To be eligible to apply for renting one of these apartments, the combined GROSS annual income from all sources for all household members must be at or below 60% of median income for the Lawrence Metropolitan Statistical Area (which includes North Andover). Eight of the homes will be available for households with incomes at or below 50% of the area's median income. These applications will not be entered in the lottery. Please refer to the following 2011 income limits to determine the maximum income limit for your household:
